Eater & Netflix feature Hawaiian Host in AAPI campaign

Eater and Netflix partner up for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage (AAPI) Month with a snack box roundup of delicious treats from AAPI-owned/founded businesses.
Last month, in honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPI), Eater teamed up with Netflix to bring viewers the ultimate streaming experience. While Netflix had been featuring shows and films on their platform which highlighted AAPI-created and -focused stories, Eater decided to round out this initiative by featuring several AAPI-owned businesses that create delicious snacks and beverages.
Hawaiian Host is proud to have been part of the Eater x Netflix campaign. Together, viewers were able to enjoy TV shows and movies with snacks and beverages that have an equally important story to share.
“Our founders Mamoru and Aiko Takitani were proud to be early Japanese entrepreneurs in Hawai‘i. They left a tremendous legacy for generations to come with the Takitani Foundation,” said Ed Schultz, President & CEO of Hawaiian Host Group.
